We always strive to ensure that our patients are satisfied with the service and treatments received at MAEH Dental, however should you wish to raise a complaint then we have a courteous and prompt complaints procedure we follow.

We hope that most problem can be resolved easily and quickly, often at the time they arise and with the person concerned. If they cannot then we will respond to your complaint within three working days and aim to investigate it within 14 working days. If we are unable to investigate the complaint within this time frame then we will inform the patient, giving reasons for the delay and the likely period to which the investigation will be completed. We will confirm the outcome of the complaint in writing, and proper and comprehensive records will be kept regarding the complaint. The complaints lead for the practice is Dr Aimee Holloway.
